About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive and own our entire tech roadmap. You wil set up processes, improvise existing process, design scalable systems, and manage technology end-to-end. As we grow, you will also build and lead the tech team, while working closely with founders, stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Own technology end-to-end – architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Design and implement processes & workflows to build scalable and secure systems.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the company's applications (web, mobile, and internal platforms) and drive the adoption and integration of AI tools to enhance product capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with founders, stakeholders, and vendors to align tech with business needs.
  • Build and mentor a tech team as the business scales.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to strengthen product and operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development/architecture, preferably in healthtech or related domains.
  • Proven ability to manage tech independently in a startup environment.
  • Strong full-stack expertise with cloud (AWS/GCP), databases, APIs, microservices, CI/CD.
  • Experience in vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture.
