Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Pune, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems, overseeing machine design processes, utilizing CAD software, and contributing to project execution. Additional responsibilities include managing R&D initiatives, ensuring project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related software tools is a plus.
  • Experience in Project Management, particularly in engineering projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of recycling industry processes is a plus
