Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Associate – PR to join our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on PR and communications experience with proven expertise in media relations, strategy execution, and campaign management. This is an onsite role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant PR/communications experience (agency experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong media relations with proven track record of securing coverage in national and digital platforms.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.

  • Skilled in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of digital PR, influencer marketing, and integrated communication strategies.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills for managing junior team members.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon for an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute PR strategies in alignment with client objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

  • Draft and edit press releases, thought leadership articles, and media kits with high-quality storytelling.

  • Oversee media outreach, pitch compelling stories, and secure coverage across top-tier publications.

  • Monitor media coverage, analyse PR metrics, and prepare detailed client reports.

  • Manage junior PR associates and guide them in day-to-day execution.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute press events, product launches, and media briefings.

  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends and competitor activity.
