Job Summary:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and functional buildings and spaces that meet our clients' needs. You will play a key role in creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs that exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural projects, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture or a related field.
  • Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

  • Architectural design software: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  • Building information modeling (BIM): Autodesk Revit, etc.
  • Sustainability and green building principles.
  • Building codes and regulations.
