About the Role

We are hiring a Client Acquisition Executive for a fast-expanding waste management company in Kochi. This is a field-focused role involving visits to offices, institutions, and commercial spaces to introduce and onboard them for regular waste collection and recycling services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial buildings.
  • Present waste management and recycling solutions to decision-makers and facility teams.
  • Finalize service agreements and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Build long-term relationships and support timely renewals.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition goals and submit regular updates on field activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Kochi for client visits.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
