Paradyes is seeking R&D professionals, experienced in cosmetology/hair color/hair care/beauty products to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute and innovate new products in a dynamic and growing environment.
What You'll Do:
Product Development: Formulate and develop new hair color, hair care and beauty products, ensuring quality and performance. Testing & Quality Control: Conduct trials, stability testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to bring products to market. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and testing outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in R&D, specializing in cosmetology, hair color, or hair care. Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields. Skills: Strong formulation expertise, problem-solving mindset & a passion for innovation.
