Role Overview: As the Manager of Learning & Development and Performance Management at Naini Papers Ltd in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs and performance management systems. This role is crucial in enhancing employee skills, improving performance, and aligning these initiatives with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Identifying learning needs in collaboration with department heads - Facilitating workshops and training sessions - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs - Managing training logistics and budget - Developing and overseeing performance review processes - Implementing strategies to improve employee performance - Providing coaching to managers and employees on performance-related issues - Analyzing performance data - Aligning performance management practices with organizational goals Qualification Required: - PGDM/MBA in HR or equivalent - 10 to 12 years of experience in learning and development, performance management, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector Additional Details: The compensation offered will be commensurate with your education and experience and will be one of the best in the industry.
