Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday Adaptive Planning models (Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain complex sheets, formulas, versions, and dashboards.
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with source systems such as ERP, HCM, and other financial systems.
- Perform data loads, validations, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Prepare documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-9 years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong hands-on experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Reporting.
- Good understanding of financial concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Experience with Adaptive integrations (Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a client-facing environment.
