Medical Transcriptionist- SVKM`s TMPMHMC&RC, Shirpur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately transcribe dictated reports of Radiologists for all modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, and Echocardiography).
· Ensure reports are free of grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors while maintaining medical accuracy.
· Format and finalize radiology reports as per institutional and NABH/AERB guidelines.
· Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to HIPAA/institutional data protection policies.
· Work closely with Radiologists and technical staff to clarify dictations, abbreviations, and unclear medical terminology.
· Manage timely completion and submission of patient reports to ensure smooth workflow and patient care delivery.
· Assist in maintaining standardized templates and report formats across all radiology modalities.
· Ensure archiving and digital record-keeping of completed reports.
· Willingness to work across all sections of Radiology as per departmental needs.
