About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and assist the senior finance team in smooth execution of operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment with exposure to diverse financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management:

  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly payments on time.
  • Cross-check all expenses with supporting documents and bills.
  • Prepare and maintain related statements and reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collections.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Assist in preparation of income and expense statements for events and
  • shoots.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.

Finance Operations:

  • Assist Senior Associate in day-to-day finance operations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

General Accounting Support:

  • Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor and client records systematically
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com / BBA).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally, and Zoho Invoices.
  • Basic understanding of Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
