As a Dynamics 365 candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

  • Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 functional Consultant.
  • Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Configure the Dynamics 365 platform : entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, dashboards, etc.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and assist in solution design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft features, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 4+Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules : Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of Common Data Service (Dataverse).
