UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) | Remote, Project-Based

Join a fast-growing team as a UI/UX Designer specializing in web and app design. This is a remote, project-based opportunity, perfect for creative thinkers from NIFT, NID, or other leading design institutes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, develop personas, create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed user flows.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to refine and deliver designs.
  • Apply strong visual design and interaction design principles.
  • Test and iterate based on user feedback.

Skills:

  • Proficient in industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, color theory, typography, and usability.
  • Ability to conduct user research and synthesize insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational background in design (preferably from NIFT, NID, or reputed design schools).
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools and agile environments.
  • HTML/CSS or basic coding skills are a plus.
