Artificial Lift (SRP Sucker rod pump / Electrical Submersible Pump) Technician with B.E or equivalent with minimum 3 Years experience in oil & gas ALS. BSc. /Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
Hands-on experience in Construction roles in Oil & Gas Sector (Upstream, Refinery, Fertilizers) in the field of Plant Piping, Cross Country Pipelines, Tankages or Terminal execution
Inspection and assembly of Artificial Lift equipment, ensuring that all items are in compliance with clients and customer requirements Complete and verify inspection activities at all stages of the process from receipt to in-process and final release (visual, dimensional, etc)
Strip, inspection and repair of downhole equipment and cable. Complete QAQC process following technical drawings where necessary.
Creates, maintains and records/reports for inspection activities. Identifies, reports and quarantines non-conforming product
Work cross-functionally with support functions to drive excellence in product quality. Assist with preparation and submission of additional quality reports as required
Ensure safe practices are used in compliance with all governmental regulations
Ensures that all aspects of Quality are maintained in line with the company Quality Policy. Complete additional quality responsibilities as allocated
Keeping track of the JP/ ESP/PCP/SRP/HRP surface equipment inventory
Filling and sharing checklists during monitoring/inspection of surface equipment. Sharing of DPR to ALS Engineer
