Responsibilities:

Data is a big deal at Atlassian. We ingest billions of events each month into our analytical platforms and have dozens of teams across the company that depend on data platforms to drive their decisions.

We seek a Senior Data Engineering Manager to join the Data Engineering team that supports the Agile and Dev Ops organization in building foundational analytical and operational data products to provide the best customer support experience for Atlassian Customers.

As a Senior Data Engineering Manager, you will be a technical leader and a people manager. Your role encompasses guiding the team in making crucial technical decisions to develop production-grade data products. Additionally, you will prioritize and organize the team's workload, ensuring optimal efficiency. Beyond that, you'll foster career growth by providing mentorship opportunities and empowering your team to thrive professionally.
