We're seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Namoza. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of visual design and user experience, and is passionate about creating compelling design solutions that drive growth.

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design:

  • Design high-impact banner creatives for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
  • Create visually appealing and professional presentations/PowerPoint decks for client pitches and internal communications
  • Develop website banners and digital assets that align with brand aesthetics and conversion goals
  • Produce engaging motion graphics and video content for social media and marketing campaigns

UI/UX Design

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly UI interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Ensure consistent design language across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day creative requirements
  • Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices in growth marketing

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in graphic design and UI/UX design. Freshers with strong portfolio can also apply.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory
  • Portfolio:
    Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, UI designs, and visual design work
  • Skills:
    Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Mindset:
    Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
