About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Product Owner / Scrum Master
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product development, leading Agile teams, and aligning business strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritize with RICE scoring.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring clear alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business, product, and development teams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Continuously refine and reprioritize backlog based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Remove impediments to ensure productivity and focus of development teams.
  • Foster continuous improvement, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate progress, risks, and issues transparently.

Skills

  • Proven Product Owner experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong ability to write user stories & acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
  • Strategic prioritization based on business value.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) – mandatory preferred.
  • PMP certification – a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in product management, agile project management, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative mindset.
