Overview:

  • We are looking for a Document Controller to manage company records, prepare quotations, and support consultants with timely documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations & invoices
  • Support consultants with required documentation
  • Maintain and organize documents in servers/shared drives
  • Ensure version control and easy retrieval of records
  • Assist with basic accounting-related tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation needs

Qualifications:

  • Any Degree with strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & productivity tools
  • Basic accounting knowledge (invoices/quotations)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
