About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-III (Fullstack) to build the most amazing product experience. You'll get to work with other engineers to build a delightful feature experience to understand and solve our customer's pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, or Vue) on the front end and scalable backend technologies (such as , Python, or Java).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure secure data flow between client and server.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, and ensure high code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advocate for adoption where beneficial to our platform and products.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, , MongoDB, and other relevant frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React (with Redux).
• Familiarity with server-side JavaScript frameworks like and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and writing testable code.
• Familiarity with build tools, package managers, and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
