Job Description Data Scientist (AIOC-Shidden_mobile3 / AIOC-Shidden_mobile4)

We are hiring experienced Data Scientists with strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and advanced analytics. This role requires hands-on experience with Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, ETL pipelines, cluster management) and deep knowledge of time-series forecasting techniques. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement demand planning and forecasting models using statistical and machine learning techniques (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.).
  • Work extensively on Databricks (PySpark, notebooks, Delta Lake, ETL pipelines, cluster management).
  • Develop and validate ML models for business forecasting and planning.
  • Perform data modeling, SQL querying, and ETL development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present insights effectively.
  • Ensure scalability and performance optimization of data science solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduation.
  • Experience: 812 years in data science, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Strong knowledge of time-series forecasting, ML model building, and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills (business-facing role).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Azure/AWS, Snowflake, Anaplan.
  • Hands-on experience with the o9 platform (o9 certification / implementation preferred).
  • Knowledge of MLOps / MLflow.
