Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in SAP consulting roles, delivering both technical solutions and strategic advisory services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP upgrades/migrations, code remediation, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and S/4HANA development.
  • Architect and implement robust and efficient technical solutions that meet evolving business needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, write clean and optimized ABAP code, and support system testing and documentation.
  • Create and manage custom reports, perform proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and build prototypes for early validation of solution designs.
  • Finalize technical designs and participate in code remediation, issue resolution, and collaborative development with cross-functional teams.
  • Actively contribute to root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues in both project and production environments.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across the development team, and lead technical knowledge transfer sessions post go-live.
  • Serve as a technical SME during critical production incidents, offering timely support to ensure system stability.
  • Drive integration initiatives involving SAP and non-SAP systems, including performance testing and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Define and oversee high-level architecture and solution design for implementing complex business functionalities.
  • Lead all ABAP deliverables including code optimization, performance tuning, and HANA compliance in migration/upgrade projects.
  • Conduct data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and data aging configurations.
  • Collaborate closely with functional, technical (ABAP, Basis), and security teams across onsite and offshore models throughout project lifecycles.
  • Liaise with SAP via the SAP Service Marketplace to report and resolve product gaps or system issues.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate system performance bottlenecks, offering innovative and scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in SAP strategic initiatives and continuously upskill on new SAP technologies, contributing to both ongoing projects and future-ready system design.
  • Strong development expertise in SAP Business Suite (ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, PI, Solution Manager) and SAP NetWeaver stack.
  • Proficiency in ABAP on HANA, SAP UI5, OData Services, and SAP Fiori applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA development, including native HANA capabilities and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience in HANA Security and Fiori/UI5 security design, including roles, authorizations, and analytic privileges.
  • Integration expertise with both SAP and non-SAP systems and experience in API-based and middleware integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience working directly with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at building relationships and collaborating in multi-cultural and cross-geographical environments.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
