Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for estimation.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation.
  • Float enquiries, evaluate vendor quotations, and prepare comparative analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and client interactions as required.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of market rates, vendor databases, and cost benchmarks.
  • Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent.
  • 5 -10 years of relevant experience in tendering/estimation for Civil, Interior, or MEP projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, materials, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
