Role & responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explaining accounting practices.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and develop processes to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other finance teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-5 years in accounting or finance roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in general ledger functions, financial statement preparation, and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
