Senior Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hydraulic products across domestic and international markets.
Identify and build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Manage customer engagement, technical product presentations, and promote solution-based selling.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal development, and pricing strategies to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with Production and R&D teams to align marketing efforts with product specifications and company objectives.
Strengthen the brand presence of Jami Hydraulics in the industrial and engineering sectors through effective communication and promotional activities.
Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building to drive repeat and referral business.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / B.E. / MBA Marketing specialization preferred).
510 years of proven experience in industrial or B2B marketing, preferably in hydraulics or heavy engineering products.
Strong understanding of industrial marketing, OEM sales, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities with a results-driven mind-set.
