Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer - Finishing Work with strong expertise in managing and delivering premium-quality finishing activities on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing high-end residential or commercial projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, stone work, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery, facade finishes, and interior detailing.
  • Interpret and execute finishing drawings and specifications with precision.
  • Implement strict quality control measures and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for seamless execution.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
  • Provide technical solutions for site challenges and ensure immediate rectification of defects.
  • Oversee snagging and de-snagging processes before handover.
  • Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and material tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
  • Guide, mentor, and supervise junior engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years in site execution with a focus on finishing works.
  • In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, modern construction techniques, and quality benchmarks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple contractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools will be an advantage.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering superior finishes.
