Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Senior Escalation Executive located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include addressing and resolving escalated customer concerns promptly, managing communication between departments to drive solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The Senior Escalation Executive will also identify recurring issues to recommend process improvements and deliver exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members to enhance conflict resolution and escalation management skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software
  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations, or a related field
  • Prior experience in escalation management or a customer-facing role preferred
