Job Summary

We are looking for talented and experienced
3D Animator / Motion Graphic Artist
to join our creative team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for producing 3D animation videos for marketing campaigns, 
explainer videos
, social media content, and 
product demos
.

He/She will collaborate closely with clients, design, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life, maintaining consistency across all visual assets. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong grasp of design principles and animation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative and visually engaging 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, 
  explainer videos
  , social media content, and 
  product demos
  .
• Collaborate with clients, design, and content teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Develop storyboards, concept designs, and animation prototypes to present creative ideas.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all visual deliverables.
• Use industry-standard software (e.g., 
  Blender, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3DS Max
  ) for animation and motion graphics creation.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Effects, or a related field.
• Minimum 
  3 years of professional experience
   in 3D animation or motion graphics, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in tools like 
  3DS Max, Blender, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  .
• Strong understanding of 
  design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling
  .
• Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in 3D modeling and animation is a must.
• Prior experience in an 
  advertising agency, animation studio, or production house
   preferred.
