IT Technician

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

Respond promptly to IT service requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.

Install and update software applications and operating systems.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

Assist in the procurement, tagging, and disposal of IT equipment.

Manage CCTV and access control systems.Support setup of new CCTV installations at new branches or project sites.

Operate and maintain CCTV systems including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and VMS (Video Management Systems).

Backup CCTV footage as per defined retention policies (e.g., 30-day retention).

Technical Skills Required:

Desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.

IT support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

Configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network connectivity.

File sharing, drive mapping, and permission management.

HDD/SSD management and storage allocation.DVR/NVR configuration and maintenance.

Installation and configuration of IP and analog CCTV cameras.

Experience with VMS platforms such as Hikvision iVMS, Dahua SmartPSS, and CP Plus.

Updating firmware and performing maintenance of CCTV equipment.Basic knowledge of cabling standards (CAT6, coaxial) and use of crimping tools.

Qualification:

Any Graduation with IT Course

2-3 Years of experience as IT Technicain
