About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Executive to support daily operations in our retail pharmacy. The ideal candidate will assist the pharmacist and front-end team with dispensing support, inventory management, and excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing medicines and health products.
  • Support the pharmacist in preparing and packaging prescriptions as per guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and proper storage of inventory.
  • Help customers with billing, queries, and basic product information.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the pharmacist.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a retail pharmacy or medical store.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree (any stream).
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations and common medicines preferred.
  • Good communication skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
