About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in
.NET
and
React
to join our team. This role is primarily individual contributor (90%) with the additional responsibility of mentoring 1–2 junior developers. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to
E-commerce
or
Digital Distribution
domains and be comfortable working with distributed global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using
    .NET
    and
    React
    .
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and productivity.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional late evening meetings, to align with U.S. time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in
    .NET (C#)
    and
    React
    .
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience with
    E-commerce
    or
    Digital Distribution
    projects is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior developers.

Additional Information

  • Notice Period:
    Maximum 1 week.
  • Leaves:
    Candidates with long planned leaves (e.g., marriage, >1 week) in the next 6 months will not be considered.
  • Time Zone Requirement:
    Minimum 2-hour overlap with U.S. working hours is mandatory.
  • Interview Process:
    Includes a coding round.
