Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and data-driven marketing leader to define and execute our global marketing strategy. This senior role will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving demand generation, strengthening customer engagement, and scaling growth across all channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with hands-on leadership, excels at building high-performing teams, and can translate market insights into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic decisions.
- Establish and own KPIs that measure marketings contribution to revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and brand equity.
Brand & Communications
- Develop a compelling brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints (digital, offline, media, PR, events, and partnerships).
- Lead corporate communications, thought leadership, and executive visibility programs.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Oversee global demand generation programs, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer lifecycle marketing, enhancing acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
- Partner with sales leadership to build marketing-qualified pipeline and ensure sales alignment.
Market Insights & Product Marketing
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to guide go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that differentiate offerings in competitive markets.
- Ensure marketing input into product roadmap decisions.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing
- Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across web, content, social, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
- Establish a culture of experimentation (A/B testing, growth hacking, ROI optimization).
- Build and leverage a modern marketing technology stack (CRM, CDP, automation, analytics platforms).
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing global marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO, SVP, or equivalent role.
- Proven success in scaling B2B or B2C marketing functions across international markets.
- Deep expertise in brand building, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Strong understanding of modern MarTech tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in high-growth environments (technology, SaaS, consumer, or global enterprises preferred).
