Job Title : Electro-Mechanical Technician

Department : Electrical & Plumbing Maintenace

Reporting To : Property Supervisor

Location : Matha Forest , Bagmundi , Purulia

Gender : Male

Qualification : Higher Secondary with ITI

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Executive or as Jr Maintenance Executive in any 3 Star Hotel or Resort Category Property.

Food & Accomodation : Provided.

Job Purpose : To ensure a smooth and hassle free stay of Guests and to keep property in top notch condition.

Key Resposibilities :

  • Ensure uninterrupted power supply in Each Villa when Guest is staying.
  • Each and every common place of property should be lighten up and turned down on timely manners.
  • Keeping track on stock and timely requisition.
  • DG check up and maintenance.
  • Plumbing Initial Issues handling and rectify.

Salary Range : Based On Experience
