We are inviting applications for the role of Advance Python Programming

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Python who are ready to tackle complex programming challenges and contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create efficient, scalable code using advanced Python techniques.
  • Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices for scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable Python code, adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize code for efficiency, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Integrate with various internal and third-party systems, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Python advancements, frameworks, ETL tools, and related technologies, and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills

Advanced Python Programming

  • Deep expertise in Python, including data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
  • Experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

ETL & Data Engineering

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apache PySpark, Snowpark or custom Python-based frameworks.
  • Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data sources.

Databases & Cloud

  • Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Azure) and related services.

Testing & Debugging

  • Strong skills in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Problem-Solving

  • Skills in organizing, combining, and cleaning data to create a more uniform and usable dataset
  • Strong capability to collect, analyze, interpret, and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • A meticulous approach to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all work

Soft Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required to effectively and concisely present key findings to senior management/ Client is a must

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Significant professional experience as a Python Developer (typically 5+ years for advanced roles)
