Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Trading & Investment

We are looking for passionate Tele Sales Executives who are eager to grow in the exciting world of finance and investments.

  • Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and chat to promote trading and investment services.
  • Educate clients about our products (equities, commodities, forex, mutual funds, etc.) and help them open trading/investment accounts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Keep updated with financial market trends and product knowledge to effectively address client queries.
  • Work closely with the marketing and advisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields).
  • 1–4 years of experience in tele sales, financial services, or trading (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for finance, stock markets, and investments.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English and [other regional languages if applicable].
