You will identify a vision and prioritize objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class.You'll enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, problem-solving environment that requires you to think and act quickly to address strategic and day-to-day business priorities.Job purposeFinance Analyst responsible for inventory reconciliations and financial analysis execution via accounting systems and analytical tools related to Inventory finance for Americas Region at Haleon. Achieve quality and accuracy data on Haleon import costing, local added value impacts, supporting senior finance accountant on controlling activities at all levels (including C&C/Operational Center in India). Finance Analyst promoting improvement initiatives, standardization and ensuring financial controls, looking for high quality results based on Haleon values/expectations.Specific activities & functionsProvide Inventories KPIs dataUnderstanding Inventory Finance E2E ProcessClose communication internal/external stakeholders (raise any risks on time)Continuous improvementPerform daily/monthly analysis on inventory tasks and backup planAnalyze and prepare journal entriesAnnual Inventory Revaluation execution, based on market responsibilityMonthly balance sheet analysis, review and approval following HALEON Policies/Guidelines.Quality financial validations/proactive actions prior/current month end closeMonthly fulfilment of internal controlsIssues follow up from MEC monthly meetingCoordinate SOP updates/Any internal control requirements per ICFW-HALEON GuidelineFinancial analysis as per business needsTechnical & Analytical Requirements:Graduated from a Technical school (Cost Accounting preferable)University career completed (Bachelor) or to be completed- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.MS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel.Advanced English level (NA: >90%, Latam: >80%). Portuguese plus.5+ years' experience in the accounting or share service field/cost accountingAt least 2 areas of expertise within HALEON (for internal candidates).Analytical data skills and decision making, based on facts.Ability to organize and understand financial data on excel spreadsheets.Able to understand business needs, promote open conversations and achieve goals.Require Supervision:Follow Haleon Values & ExpectationsHigh technical knowledge/critical thinkingBe aware of Haleon Guidelines/PoliciesWorks under low to minimal supervision.
