Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead creative brainstorming with internal designers and consultants.
  • Manage and coordinate purchase orders, estimates, invoices, and all financial book keeping pertaining to the sites and services with the accounts department.
  • Design visualization lead for the creation of all 3D designs and manage the overall design team for all the requirements for the ongoing and upcoming sites.
  • Create 2D drawings from 3D parametric models, validate/verify integrity of 3D model.
  • Redesign and create quarterly newsletters and publications, including catalogues and brochures.
  • Coordinate with photography vendor to design and make exceptional quality company portfolios.
  • Launch marketing initiatives utilizing search engine optimization techniques and social networking sites; conduct team-building workshops.
  • Prepare project design as well as QA /QC documents, other paper works and close-out documents.
  • Identify new products through visits to the various vendor stores/ meeting company representatives & exhibitions.
  • Contribute ideas during strategic and conceptual brainstorming sessions in design & build process.
  • Undertake design project from concept to completion
  • Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project
  • Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
  • Negotiate and set schedules for the project
  • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
  • Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
  • Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Qualification and Experience:
  • Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
  • 8+years Proven working experience
