About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a pure onsite role at our Manchar office. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on live projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

We also provide accommodation facilities for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front-end and back-end.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications.
  • Follow best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience working as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , , and MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
