The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to manage financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers.
  • Manage petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements.
2. Taxation & Compliance
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax calculations and filings.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in audits by preparing necessary financial reports and documents.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
4. Payroll & Vendor Management
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee salary disbursement.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain records of transactions.
5. Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
