We are looking for a Backend Engineer who has mastered Python and is now ready to take ownership of systems while mentoring and leading a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI and GenAI).
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best & Design :
  • Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to define technical requirements.

Performance & Reliability

  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement security and data protection standards.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong programming in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, Databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
