We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will take ownership of crafting user-friendly, visually compelling, and conversion-driven experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead design execution, conduct UX research, and mentor junior designers, while staying deeply connected to the craft of design.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Design End-to-End User Experiences

  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, delightful experiences.
  • Maintain design consistency across all user-facing platforms.

2. Champion User-Centered Design

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate solutions.
  • Map user journeys and identify friction points to enhance usability.
  • Incorporate feedback and data-driven insights into design iterations.

3. Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with Developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Support Marketing initiatives with landing pages and campaign visuals when required.

4. Elevate the Brand Experience

  • Maintain and evolve the internal Design System.
  • Deliver designs that reflect a premium, celebratory, and engaging brand identity.
  • Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand personality and values.

5. Mentor & Support the Team

  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers and interns.
  • Share design best practices, tools, and keep the team updated on emerging trends.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (B2C experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and impact.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • Experience conducting UX research and usability testing.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Startup experience is a strong plus; exposure to food, catering, or e-commerce domains is a bonus.
