Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Immigration Consultant to join our immigration services team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals, and a proven track record in sales or customer service. You will guide potential clients through the immigration process, offering expert advice and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.
• Understand clients' immigration needs (e.g., PR, work permit, study visa) and offer suitable solutions.
• Conduct consultations via phone, video call, or in person.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.
• Convert leads into sales by following up, resolving objections, and building trust.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.

Eligibility & Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, education, or travel industry.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a immigration industry is a plus.
• Understanding of visa requirements for Canada, Australia, UK, or USA.
