Assistant Manager/ Manager - FPNA - Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager and Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ratio and price analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgeted or actual results
  • Perform ratio and price analysis to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Should have experience in Manufacturing � Retail / FMCG industry.
  • MBA (Finance), CA, or CMA degree
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ratio and price analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
