Job Description:

The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their applications for
Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Study Visas, and Tourist Visas
. The role includes client interaction, profile evaluation, documentation guidance, and coordination throughout the visa process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation and Interaction

  2. Conduct consultations to understand clients' profiles, backgrounds, and travel or migration goals.

  3. Explain the processes for PR, Work Permit, Study Visa, and Tourist Visa applications in a clear and professional manner.

  4. Provide accurate and updated information regarding eligibility, timelines, and document requirements.

  5. Profile Assessment and Documentation Support

  6. Evaluate client profiles to match suitable visa programs or country options.

  7. Guide clients on collecting, preparing, and organizing required documents for various visa categories.

  8. Review application forms and ensure that all details are accurate before submission.

  9. Application Coordination

  10. Manage the complete process of visa application from initiation to final submission.

  11. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth handling of cases.

  12. Keep clients informed about the progress and any updates in their application status.

  13. Client Relationship Management

  14. Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

  15. Handle client queries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

  16. Build lasting relationships by providing continuous support and service.

  17. Sales and Target Achievement

  18. Meet individual and team targets for client consultations and conversions.

  19. Follow up with potential clients and assist them in completing the enrollment process.

  20. Maintain records of daily leads, interactions, and case updates in the CRM system.

  21. Team Collaboration and Learning

  22. Work closely with the documentation and operations team to ensure timely submissions.

  23. Stay updated on international visa trends, new immigration routes, and documentation changes.
  24. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and client handling skills.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in visa, immigration, or sales roles will be an added advantage
