What You'll Do

  • Responsible for providing data sets, identifying and analyzing the data for first mile and last mile deliveries
  • Proactively identify continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity
  • Identifying, analyzing, creating and interpreting pattern from data using statistical methods
  • Responsible for analyzing automation benefit across different business processes and identifying flaws/errors for improvement
  • Responsible for helping in improvement of adoption for new feature releases and driving adherence
  • Support strategic initiatives that directly impact profitability and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • B.Tech from leading engineering institutes
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking ability to break down complex problems
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills across business levels
  • Highly curious, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-moving, high-ownership culture
  • Ability to combine operational intuition with data-driven frameworks to drive decisions
