Manual Tester – E-Commerce Domain

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced
Manual Tester
to ensure the quality and reliability of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end customer journeys, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test critical e-commerce functionalities including product listings, cart, checkout, payments, order management, and user account flows.
  • Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using standard defect management tools.
  • Conduct regression, integration, functional, and UI testing.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups (Agile environment).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.
  • Strong experience testing
    e-commerce applications
    (web and/or mobile).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
