Your Mission

Reimagine the Guest Journey Design a seamless digital experience from ticket booking to ride enjoyment to post-visit engagement.

Go Beyond the Ordinary – Use AR, VR, AI, and gamification to create immersive entertainment experiences.

Power the Parks – Build the robust IT backbone that keeps rides operational, payments smooth, and data secure.

Turn Data Into Magic – Harness analytics to improve guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and enhance ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT infrastructure across all parks and entertainment centers.

Develop and launch next-gen mobile apps with e-tickets, ride wait times, and interactive maps.

Implement cashless, cardless, and contactless systems for all guest transactions.

Oversee network configuration, VLAN setup, IP management, and firewall (device configuration) for data security.

Configure and maintain switches, routers, and network equipment for reliable connectivity.

Manage CCTV (NVR) systems for surveillance and safety operations.

Ensure smooth functioning of billing software and gaming area supportive systems for seamless operations.

Collaborate with ride designers to integrate AR/VR experiences within attractions.

Manage and integrate CRM, ERP, loyalty programs, and visitor analytics platforms.

Ensure data protection, system redundancy, and cybersecurity compliance.

Lead a team of IT engineers, vendors, and digital partners to execute transformation projects.

Who You Are

A tech-savvy innovator with 10+ years of experience in IT leadership and infrastructure management.

Skilled in network configuration (VLAN, IP, switches, firewalls), CCTV (NVR) systems, billing platforms, and gaming system integrations.

Experienced in digital platforms, mobile apps, AR/VR, CRM/ERP, and cloud environments.

A strong communicator and leader capable of managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Passionate about guest experience and committed to creating digitally enhanced entertainment environments.

Education & Experience

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and system operations.

Network configuration (Switches, VLAN, IP, Firewall)

CCTV / NVR Management

Billing & POS Software

Gaming Area Systems & Supportive Devices

Cloud & Data Security Management
