About the Role
We are seeking a Business Operations Team Lead to drive seamless creator-side operations for our influencer marketing platforms, Famous and Amplify. This role focuses on managing a team of 4–5 members and ensuring the smooth functioning of creator onboarding, creator management, platform adoption, and SLA adherence. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing creator and brand satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and enabling product-driven scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 operations executives handling both pre- order and post-order workflows.
- Build processes for speed, quality, and scale across creator operations.
- Ensure the team meets all SLAs related to creator onboarding, content delivery, payouts, and support resolution.
Pre-Order Operations (Supply & Matching)
- Drive faster application responses and better creator-brand matching.
- Ensure supply side is strengthened continuously by onboarding the right creators.
- Oversee processes to ensure brands get the best creators quickly and efficiently.
Post-Order Operations (Execution & Delivery)
- Ensure timely delivery of content while managing brand and creator expectations.
- Handle escalation management for creators and brands.
- Ensure payouts are processed on time and creator concerns are resolved seamlessly.
Product Adoption & Improvement
- Ensure maximum adoption of the platform by creators, minimizing offline/manual interventions.
- Partner with the product team to identify daily operational challenges, provide structured feedback, and push for product-first solutions instead of hacky/offline fixes.
- Influence product roadmap by championing creator happiness and operational efficiency.
Relationship & Experience Management
- Build strong relationships with creators to ensure long-term loyalty and platform stickiness.
- Structure and communicate brand expectations to creators in a clear, professional manner.
- Ensure both brand happiness (through reliability and SLA adherence) and creator happiness (through transparent communication and timely payments).
Requirements:
- 4–7 years in operations, preferably in influencer marketing, creator economy, or platform businesses.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and ensure performance delivery.
- Strong background in process-building, SLA management, and scaling operations.
- Ability to spot inefficiencies, collaborate with product teams, and drive adoption of product-led solutions.
- Skilled at managing relationships with both internal stakeholders (product, sales, brands) and external stakeholders (creators).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Success metrics
- SLA adherence across creator operations.
- Increased creator onboarding & platform adoption (shift from offline to product).
- Brand satisfaction scores (measured via feedback/NPS).
- Creator satisfaction scores (timely payouts, low drop-offs, clear communication).
- Reduced escalations and improved turnaround time.
- Contribution to product improvements (number of issues raised/resolved through product fixes).
Growth Path
- This role offers the opportunity to scale into Head of Operations, managing larger teams and more complex creator-side workflows as the platforms expand across industries and geographies.
