Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Gymnastics Instructors to join our team at the Powai branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage and manage children in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gymnastics classes for children of various age groups and skill levels.
• Demonstrate and teach proper gymnastics techniques and safety practices.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere for all students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help improve skills.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with children and parents regarding progress, goals, and concerns.
• Handle group dynamics and individual student needs with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in teaching or coaching gymnastics to children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and motivate children of diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of safety and first aid practices.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and child-friendly approach.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a gymmastics or sports coaching center.
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management.

Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
