Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance, reliable, and scalable Android applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mobile technologies and capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and handle JSON parsing efficiently.
  4. Work with external data sources, APIs, and third-party libraries.
  5. Conduct unit testing to ensure application robustness, usability, and reliability.
  6. Identify and fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance.
  7. Stay updated with the latest Android SDKs, tools, and best practices.
  8. Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of experience in Android application development 
  2. Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin and Android SDK.
  3. Knowledge of Jetpack compose and XML based UI system
  4. Basic understanding of of Android Architecture patterns
  5. Experience with SQLite, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  6. Solid understanding of Android UI design principles, material design guidelines, and best practices.
  7. Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
  • Experience with Compose,  Firebase, Push Notifications, or Google Play Services.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
