Sr Treasury Analyst

The Opportunity:Under limited direction, provides general support to the Treasury department in preparation of reports, schedules, analyses and reconciliations. Performs duties associated with cash management and reporting as related to cash receipts, disbursements and investments. Prepares entries to the General Ledger to generate monthly investment and treasury reports. Performs monthly bank reconciliation duties for all bank accounts.

Global Responsibilities:

1) Manage and responsible for Europe Cash Management Activity.

2) Initiate manual wires for all the entity (Internal and External).

3) Support and data consolidation for Global Cash Forecasting

4) International Bank account Management

5) To work with banks on day-to-day operational challenges for all EU entities.

6) Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credits for EU.

7) Responsible for Netting process for Europe.

8) Support monthly and Quarterly book closure for Europe.

9) Defines reporting requirements, builds, and maintains and analyzes.
 

Additional Responsibilities.
 

1) Direct and indirect responsibilities may include special corporate treasury project work and acting as sole backup for other Corporate Treasury Analyst.
2) Work closely with onshore cash management team.

3) Europe cash Reconciliation.

Experience & Skills:
 

1) Accurate numerical ability and attention to details

2) Manual payment experience in existing roles

3) Strong understanding of cash accounting concepts and Treasury processes
4) Analytical and problem-solving experience
5) Superior oral and written communication skills required
6) Knowledge of International payments and Banking practices
7) Effective interpersonal skills
8) Dependable attendance to fulfill daily critical activities.
9) Ability to prioritize work and complete multiple, concurrent projects with numerous individual tasks.
10) Ability to work within a team environment. Share knowledge and willingness to learn from others.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelors/Masters in Accounting with concentration in Finance.

2) Experience in Banking, Treasury or Finance related roles.
