Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Trainer & Strategist to join our faculty in

Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in all major aspects of digital marketing and

the ability to teach complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live or recorded lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on Digital Marketing topics at our Noida campus.
  • Create, review, and update curriculum, training materials, and case studies to keep content industry-relevant.
  • Guide students through hands-on projects, assignments, and real-life campaign simulations.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and student outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Deep knowledge of: SEO, SEM & Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email
  • Marketing, Analytics tools, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to explain concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
  • Experience using industry tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (agency or client-side).
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator preferred (min 2yrs).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms will be a plus.
